Can I make changes after the design is approved?Minor changes may be possible early in the process, but major adjustments after fabric is purchased or sewing has started may incur additional costs and extended timelines.

Do you charge for consultations?No, you will receive a free 30 minute consultation.

What’s your return or refund policy?Because all garments are handmade and custom to your measurements, I do not offer returns or refunds. However, I do work closely with clients during fittings to ensure satisfaction.

Do you sell ready-to-wear items too?Yes! Check out the [Ready-to-Wear] page for a collection of pre-made pieces that are available to purchase right away—same craftsmanship, no wait.

Do you do alterations?No, not anymore. New garment creations only.

Do you require a deposit?Yes, a 50% deposit is required after design approval to begin production. The balance is due before delivery or pickup of the final garment.

Do you offer virtual consultations and remote orders?Yes! I work with clients both locally and internationally. If you're not nearby, I’ll guide you through sending your measurements and the whole process.

What’s included in a custom order?Consultation, sketch, fabric sourcing, fittings (if applicable), final garment, and care instructions are all included in your order. You’ll receive full guidance from start to finish.

How does the custom order process work?After you submit your inquiry form, I'll reach out to you to discuss your vision and schedule a consultation. Your measurements will be taken, we'll go over fabric options and finalize design. Once the design is approved and the deposit is made, I begin creating your one-of-a-kind piece.

How long does it take to complete a custom outfit?Most custom garments take 3 to 5 weeks, depending on the complexity. Rush orders may be available for an extra fee—just let me know your timeline during the consultation.

Do you accept rush orders?Yes! I accept a limited number of rush orders depending on availability. Rush orders usually have a 2-week turnaround and an additional fee.
